Your looking at a clear quartz sphere ball pendulum. Measurements of this pendulum are as follows: sphere is approx. 3/4 inch wide and high, over all length with chain, settings and sphere is 8-1/2 inches. Please note that each stone is different having it owns shape, size, inclusions etc so yours may vary from the photo a bit.
Pendulums are great for divination, not only do you get fast yes, no, and somtimes unknown at this time answers, they are simple to use and can be taken with you anywhere with ease.
