Heals Nails & Heels
$14.95 1 bottle - 2 ounce botanical oils with a treatment pump top
First time users: Once or twice daily apply 1-3 pumps of oil to palm of hand. Dip your finger(s) into oil, painting from tip of toenail & toe tops towards heel. Massage entire foot with remaining oil. Repeat on opposite foot.
Q & A tidbits - Most individuals notice healing results on yellow toenails & thick calluses in as soon as 3-6 months of daily use. There is no magick overnight pill for yellow toenails and heel calluses - you will see results if you keep up on your daily use of Heals Nails & Heels.
Beneficial actions to apply for best results: External help- keep your nails short and trim. Use pumice stone at least 3 x per week to help your oil attack your heel calluses by manually removing the top layer of callus. Internal help- take a pro-biotic formula of acidophilus supplements.
It seems that yellow toenails grow oh so much slower than healthy clear nails. It has taken around a year for my nail condition clear up to the point that I will be wearing sandals without socks to hide my feet, this summer of 2007. This is what has worked for me. Wash hands. Squirt 3 pumps of oil into palm of hand, using a finger from your opposite hand, paint the top of your nails and the top of your toes - leave oil alone while you apply the remainder of the oil to your heels. Massage your toes and toenails thoroughly. Continue massaging oil into your heels and finish by massaging the rest of your foot.
The best time to use this oil is right after a bath or shower.
You may or may not like the feel of an oiled foot in your socks. Massage thoroughly then put on socks after the oil has had time to adsorb into your skin for a few minutes or use this oil at bed time.
