--------------User Agreement - Site Policies and Terms of Use -----------------------------------------

In order to use this site you must agree to the following:

(1)Not to use this site for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

(2)Pay applicable fees for running your auction. Fees must be paid within 5 days of invoicing or your account will be suspended until payment is made. Sellers with credit cards on file will have the opportunity to pay via any other means first, but if not paid by the end of the month, your credit card will be billed. Any sellers on probation will be required to have admin clear each auction before the listing is accepted. You are responsible for all fees.

(3)Register under your true name using a valid email address.

(4)Refrain from spamming users of this site. Spamming will result in the immediate termination of your account.

(5)Refrain from artificially inflating the price of your item by bidding on the item yourself.

(6)When selling an item to conclude the sale with the highest bidder. When buying an item to purchase the item upon receiving notification that you are the highest bidder.

(7)Not to compile a list of email addresses of users of this site for the purpose of solicitation (see item 4 on spamming).

(8)Refrain from listing any adult (i.e. X-rated) materials containing hard core pornography.

(9)Hold the owners of this site harmless from all claims arising out of any dispute between a buyer, seller or any other user of this site. We serve as an agent to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. In no way may the owners of this site be held liable for improper use by users.

(10)Sellers may not place clickable URL's or banners with URL's into their auction page. If you would like to advertise in our banner rotation, please contact ads@e-witch.com.

(11)Privacy - We gather your information so that other people will have it on hand when they win your auction, or you win their auction. Personal information is not sold or rented, without your permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold on the auction is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication with the auction item.
